Our recruitment process is very thorough. Professional Development
Every new employee is welcomed into the Gimbel Eye Centre team with a full employee orientation, training and introduction to the team. Ophthalmic training courses are provided to staff members in applicable roles. We also encourage employees to take part in life-long learning. In keeping with this philosophy, we provide some support for personal and professional development and education opportunities.
