Gimbel Eye Foundation

The Gimbel Eye Foundation was established in 1984, to raise the level of patient care in Canada and around the world. We do this by funding and supporting projects that educate surgeons at home and abroad. We also fund research and service projects that support our mandate: “to share, at no cost, the learning and research of our doctors to enhance patient care around the world.”

As with the Gimbel Eye Centre, Integrity, honesty, quality and authenticity are the core values of Gimbel Eye Foundation’s organization and practices.
