What is included in the quoted fee?

In order to answer that question for you, Gimbel Eye Centre:
USES THE LATEST WAVEFRONT TECHNOLOGY for your surgical workup to provide the most precise data possible for the best quality of post-operative vision. The surgical workup is booked in conjunction with surgery. During this appointment, you will meet with a doctor and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. As your safety and comfort are of utmost concern to us, once your surgical workup is completed, you and your surgeon will determine your candidacy for wavefront procedures as well as other forms of refractive procedures.

However, since not everyone is a candidate for laser refractive vision correction, we also offer non-laser options such as Implantable Corrective Lens (ICL) and Refractive Lens Exchange (RLE) procedures.

Gimbel Eye Centre surgery fees start at $1100 per eye and are determined by an individual's specific needs - including amount of refractive correction required (i.e., based on an individual's prescription) as well as type of vision correction technique selected.

While price is an important consideration for many individuals, it should not be the only factor considered in choosing refractive vision correction or any other surgical procedure.
