Do you qualify?

Generally, to be a candidate for surgery, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age (21 for some procedures)
• Have stable vision for one year — minor fluctuations may not disqualify you.
• Have a correctable vision problem
• Have eyes free of complicating injuries and diseases - each assessed individually.
• Must not be pregnant or nursing
